I am on overseas landlord. So when I needed a bathroom/shower repair/reno carried out I needed someone who could look after everything from start to finish. Working with Sean, everything was a breeze. He kept in regular contact via Whatsapp & email, obtained quotes & organised all the sub-trades (tiler, plasterer, painter, carpet layer etc.), and sent regular photos of the progress. Cannot recommend Kamai Building enough. From the time I met Sean I was impressed and he has not failed to deliver. Quality, timeliness and at a reasonable price. He project managed our recent rebuild project, has since gone on to do work for the company I work for and now we are about to get him back for another project. His solutions are practical, he is honest and works very hard and this equates to value for money.
